1.Using very small needles, low doses of Botox or Dysport are injected right below the skin.
2.It is common to have temporary redness and swelling at injection site following the injection appointment.
3.Results start to kick in 3-5 days and fully set around 2 weeks post treatment.
4.Treatments don’t change your appearance, just enhance your natural beauty!

Pre-treatment guidelines
•Please schedule appointments at least 2 weeks in advance for any special occasion or event for best results.
•Avoid consuming alcohol, caffeine, Niacin supplements, high sodium foods, high sugar foods, spicy foods, and cigarettes at least 24-48 hours prior to appointment. These factors may increase the risk for bruising and/or swelling.
•Inform the provider if you have a history for cold sores when scheduling appointment. It may be helpful to prescribe an antiviral.
•You may NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding.
•You may NOT have an active rash in area being treated.
Post-treatment guidelines
•Swelling or redness may occur and may last up to a few hours.
•Do NOT manipulate the treated area for at least 4 hours after treatment.
•Do NOT lie down following treatment.
•No exercise for 24 hours following treatment.
•It is recommended to wait 2 weeks before having any other facial treatments (i.e. facials, laser, massages, micro-dermabrasion).
•Expect to wait 3-5 days to see results of treatment. If the desired results is not achieved after 2 weeks post-treatment you may need additional injections. Follow-up appointments are a great time to discuss this!
